When creating a blog the choice of blogging platform will be one of the first and highly essential choices that as a blogger you have to take. Blogging can either be a major chore if the wrong platform is chosen, otherwise it could very well be easy if the right platform is chosen. The program that you choose to blog with is an essential part of your weblog. With a little time and effort, you can find a site that personally works for you. Finding the blogging platform that is right for you may take some time, but with a little research and perseverance, you will find the one that fits you.

Deciding what your priorities are in terms of ease of use versus how easy it is to customize. Forms of blogging such as moveable types, are a little difficult to use than automated platforms, such as wordpress. If you are a blogging and computer novice, it may be a good idea to trade using custom backgrounds and fonts for a more user-friendly program. A seasoned internet developer who is experienced with html and javascript will probably be unsatisfied with the lack of design flexibility offered by a user-friendly program.

Every blogger has particular needs so there is no ‘one’ blogging program for everyone. The upward trend in blogging is about individual expression – it is obvious then why there are a wide range of platforms available. They are all designed to satisfy the needs of many sorts of people with different project requirements. Because of this variety you will most likely discover a program suited to your technical knowledge.

Yet, bloggers typically need different things from a blog which will make your decision about choosing a program difficult. Maintain your priorities and don’t forget to take into account the point of view of the reviewer when evaluating critiques of assorted platforms. Beginners bloggers have tendencies to write in limited platforms. There is invariably room for improvement, meaning there is no such thing as the “perfect” program, so it’s better to just discover one that suites your needs.

by: Adam Waxler

Although there are a lot of ways that you can make money on the Internet, blogging is probably one of the easiest for a beginner to get started with. As a matter of fact, if you do things properly you can expect to earn money by blogging within just a few days, or perhaps a week at the most. While I’m not guaranteeing that you are going to get rich overnight, I can tell you that if you choose your words carefully, you will have a much better opportunity to put some money in your pocket.

The reason why it is so important for you to choose your words carefully if you expect to earn money by blogging is that choosing words at random will not pull any people into your website. Using tools such as WordTracker.com, MicroNiche Finder, or even the free keyword tool at Google will allow you to find out what people are actually searching for on the Internet. By using these keyword phrases in your blog post, and targeting them properly, you will have the best opportunity to get real people from the search engines to visit your blog.

Of course, in order to earn money by blogging you’re going to have to use these keywords in the right way. Trying to target keywords that have millions of competing webpages is, quite simply, not going to get you anywhere. Look for keyword phrases that are two or more words in length and then check your competition by searching for that phrase in Google. This will give you a better example of who is trying to target that keyword phrase, especially if you search for it in quotes. You should then use it in the title of the blog post and again once or twice in the article. A good rule of thumb is is to use your keyword phrase about once very 100 words.

Of course, there is more involved when you try to earn money by blogging, but using the right keywords is really the best starting point. From there, finding suitable advertisers and placing the advertising on the page properly is an important next step. It is also imperative that you are persistent in your blogging efforts and that you continue to write on a daily basis. By following these general rules, you will have the best opportunity to earn money by blogging and to actually put some cash in your pocket from your efforts.

–
Also, if you’re really interested in learning how to earn money blogging, then you must watch these videos at www.BloggingProductAnalysis.com. But HURRY…these videos will be pulled from the masses soon. In fact, if you act quickly you may even be able to grab the Blogging Secrets eCourse for FREE!

It is quite common today to create a blog for business marketing purposes.

Originally blogs were simply personal journals on which the individual could share their personal experience, voice their opinions, or perhaps express their passions to the internet community.

Eventually the uniqueness of the blog’s ability to more deeply engage their readers became apparent. Many resourceful online marketers have come to recognize the potential this platform has for promotional advertising.

Now the push is on to improve upon and harness the relaxed yet effective means in which to capture and communicate with visitors for promotional means.

Let’s let at 5 undeniable reasons why blogs are both popular and effective when used for business marketing purposes.

COST EFFICIENT ADVERTISING PLATFORMS

Blogs are very inexpensive to set up. In fact some are cost free where others may require a hosting service which is relatively inexpensive.

SETUPS ARE SIMPLE

For even the most inexperienced setting up a blog couldn’t be easier. As a rule there are no technical skills or coding knowledge needed and the setup can be done in minutes. –

BLOGS CAN BE PERSONALIZED

The ability to customize your blogs appearance to better reflect your personality or business is a feature that can’t be overlooked. Consider it a way to express yourself in a more visual manner to your visitors. There generally are numerous templates from which to choose from and these can be switch out at any time to suit your purposes.

The tone of your content is another way to express yourself and will be an important factor in how your blog may stand out from the rest. Show some personality in your postings and let your readers get to know you. This should help in developing longer lasting relationships with your readers. Relax and be yourself; don’t be afraid to express your opinions since your readers will expect this.

Maintain your individuality and stand out from the masses. Remember, there is only one you so take advantage of it.

UNIQUE PROMOTIONAL FORUM

Blogs present a unique opportunity to ‘suggestively’ promote to readers.

When marketing products of any kind to your subscribers you DO NOT want to hard sell them.

A relaxed and passive approach such as suggesting or recommending a particular product or service within the body of a post is appropriate. The use of banner ads or even ‘renting’ out space on your blog to advertisers is acceptable as long as this is not overdone. You want to maintain the relaxed, communal atmosphere of your blog.

The people you’re marketing products to on your blog have a ‘relationship’ with you built on trust. They originally came to your blog to read your content. They’re returning since they obviously favor how you present yourself and the subject on which you write. You must be careful to not violate the trust they’ve placed in you by pushy and/or frequent sales tactics.

SOLICIT READER OPINION

The heart and soul of just about any popular blog is the ability for visitors to leave comments. In fact this is one of the very first things a new blog should set up is a clearly defined area to leave comments. Comments should be encouraged!

Thru this interaction with the readers blog owners are able to get an insight into what they are interested in or what problems they may have and want solutions to.

Fortune 500 companies pay millions to get this type of market research done now you can do it for free by monitoring reader comments.

Listen to their feedback and when appropriate, act upon it. This will only encourage more interaction and feedback from your readers.

The ability to create a blog that can effectively deliver a message, collect valuable market research or promote a product to a global audience is hard to ignore. From major corporations to the guy on the street, this cost effective promotional advertising platform presents endless business marketing possibilities only limited by the imagination.

by: Luca Moretti

Commenting on blogs is often cited as being important for any website’s link-building efforts. However, the benefits of blog commenting vary depending on how you approach the process. Most people who are doing it solely to build links and drive traffic to their site leave quick, relatively thoughtless comments on blogs that do not have no-follow turned off. While this may bring your blog instant traffic and links, the long-term benefits of leaving thoughtful comments and building relationships with bloggers is far more valuable.

Blog Commenting for Relationship-Building

When you comment on a blog not just to drop links but to actually interact with the blogger and his/her readers, you build an ongoing relationship that will give you far more benefits in the long run. When you comment on blogs to actually start a valuable conversation, the blogger will be more inclined to take you seriously. Self-serving blog comments may give you visibility, traffic, and links but what about building relationships with other people online that will bring you long-term benefits? If a popular blogger endorses one of your sites or services in the future, it could provide you with far more value than a self-serving link.

The Way Most Marketers Approach Blog Commenting

Most blog commentators that are trying to build links will scan the article in question and leave a comment that is vaguely relevant to the topic at hand. Bloggers love comments and typically read every single one when moderating them. Bloggers will probably remember your company name and the content of your blog comments so in essence, leaving blog comments is an aspect of brand-building. Your blog comment will be seen by hundreds if not thousands of people over the life of the blog and if you are leaving comments that are borderline spam, what does that say about you and your brand image?

The best way to approach blog commenting is by treating it as if it were a part of your marketing campaign. Don’t just leave comments on blogs for the sake of link-building. You can reap far more benefit with thoughtful blog comments because you will be able to network with others and form valuable relationships that will assist you in expanding your business. Furthermore, your blog comments are like advertising for your company and spammy blog comments are only going to hurt your company’s image in the eyes of the hundreds of blog readers who come across them.

It’s obvious to bloggers when you leave generic comments that are there for the sake of driving traffic to your site or building links. Bloggers respect commentators who are actually trying to develop a personal connection and rapport with them. Consider altering your mindset about blog commenting because the benefits of putting more thought into your comments and connecting with bloggers will pay off in the future.

In conclusion, blog commenting should be considered a networking tactic rather than a link-building tactic. The long-term benefits of forging mutually valuable relationships with bloggers are far more promising than the immediate benefits link dropping may offer you. Link dropping may bring you some traffic but the people who read your thoughtless blog comments aren’t going to hold you in very high regard. Building a powerful reputation is an essential component of your success online.

by: Bob Coleman

Automatic Blog WordPress Plugin is the topic of this article. Now that I’ve used it for several months, I’d like to share my experience here as it may be helpful to other Internet Marketers who use WordPress Blogs and bloggers in general who are looking for ways to automate their blog posting.

I own several domain hosted WordPress blogs. My greatest challenge was posting to my blogs on a recurrent basis. Since these blogs are in several niches, I typically researched the current trends in that particular niche, took notes, wrote a brief article about a new slant on the niche and posted to my blogs. Obviously this is time consuming and tedious. Especially if you have to do it for multiple blogs.

Then I experimented with RSS feeds. RSS worked well, except that the feeds only provided partial paragraphs of information. For my visitors to read the entire post, they had to click on the hyperlink. That defeated my purpose of trying to make my blogs “sticky” by providing diverse, quality content.

Besides, the fact that good RSS software tended to be cost prohibitive.

Then I got a Tweet from a friend Nikola about a new product called Automatic Blog. Nick went on to explain that the advantage of Automatic Blog was that it pulled full articles (300 words) from Articlesbase.com article directory directly into any domain hosted WordPress blog, and that once set up, it did this automatically each and every day.

Furthermore I could select from over 300 categories in the article directory and literally “cherry-pick” the sorts of articles I wanted to import.

I’ll just share the results from using Automatic Blog on one of my blogs.

First, I was able to immediately plug the areas that were lacking on my blog. You know those topical areas that you know you should post to, but you just never get around to it. Let me be more specific. Topic of my blog is Internet Marketing. I had originally planned to develop page on Free Traffic, Sales, SEO, PPC, Site Design, etc. Prior to using Automatic Blog, I’d only posted content into one category because I just didn’t have time to write 20 articles.

Within a couple of days of field testing Automatic Blog I posted 10 highly relevant, targeted content articles to my blog.

Now I’m able to meet the needs of my blog visitors and subscribers, by providing a variety of articles that gave advice and solutions to their problems. In the past it would have taken me several days to write 10 articles from scratch.

Automatic Blog literally saves me hours of research, writing and posting. I know there are similar tools on the market, but none of them pulls full articles like Automatic Blog.

Automatic Blog also comes with a complete 13-part video tutorial series to walk through of blogging, from novice to advanced blogging techniques.

–

Blogging is an efficient connecting and interacting tool, which makes extensive use of different Internet attributes. It is largely used by advertisers for marketing purposes. It has also become greatly popular among teenagers and older generations to share ideas and obtain guidance in different fields.

Knowledge sharing and management is the most important benefit of blogging. Apart from this, other advantages include self-marketing, community building, better customer service, interactive journalism, social reforms and better communication techniques. Below are some key benefits.

Benefits of Blog Posts:

1. Connectivity: It is an efficient and cost-effective technique to advertise the business facts and expertise, since it builds connectivity to a larger community. This is extremely helpful for small businesses, who cannot invest funds in marketing their products or services.

2. Direct Communication: It provides a direct source of communication with customers, who feel free to address their ideas, queries or experiences regarding a particular commodity. Thus, producers get an overview of different opinions and can accordingly make necessary changes in the production process.

3. Real Time: Blogging enables on-the-spot debates and discussions. It is not necessary to wait for the next day to read details in a newspaper. Advertisers make instant modifications and update the readers regarding any significant changes.

4. Democratic View: There are no barriers to any post, unless it offends the readers. Blogs get different opinions and eliminate repetitive ideas to have all the possible responses for any product or service. Thus, it follows the concept of democratization of information.

5. Search Engine Optimization (SEO): It uses SEO and thus, helps to increase search engine rankings. Costs of SEO services range from $5000 to $10,000. These services largely increase the popularity of a site, by displaying search results for specific keywords that a visitor types in the search box. Hence, most blogs have repetitive keywords. This fetches more positive search engine results and increases revenue.

6. Fast Publication: Business entrepreneurs use the technique of blogging to articulate expertise, viewpoints and knowledge, since it is a fast and simple marketing tool. Apart from this, many companies provide online blogging tips to get started with the process. It is equally easy for viewers to access blogs and post their queries and ideas.

7. Low Cost: It is an inexpensive method to bring a company name in focus. Small businesses use blogging to highlight product characteristics to promote, sell, and to differentiate products. This highly minimizes the overall budget and gives better results, since it offers scope for feedback from readers as well.

8. Reputation: With better customer service and high quality products, blogs enable to build customer confidence and trust towards the company. It portrays the site owner as an expert and maintains the company reputation, which customers feel free to rely on.

According to studies, people who post blogs or visit them experience surprising reductions in their anxiety and depression levels. Blogging gives new ideas and increases the understanding capabilities. It offers different perspectives to a particular idea and thus, broadens the social spectrum.

Perhaps you’ve heard of blogs, maybe even read a few, but haven’t started blogging yourself. A weblog, which is usually shortened to blog, is a type of website where entries are made (such as in a journal or diary), displayed in a reverse chronological order.

Blogs often provide commentary or news on a particular subject, such as food, politics, or local news; some function as more personal online diaries. A typical blog combines text, images, and links to other blogs, web pages, and other media related to its topic. Most blogs are primarily textual although many focus on photograph (photoblog), videos (vlog), or audio (podcasting).
Today blogging has become a phenomenon, and for good reason. Blogs give individuals the ability to easily communicate to mass audiences whenever they feel the urge. This ability is what makes blogging truly unique – not requiring any technical knowledge of web development, design, or management.

Maintaining or posting to a blog is very rewarding and carries a variety of benefits, here are just a few:

1. Blogs are easy to create. Unlike starting your own website, weblogs can be created in just a few minutes. Sites like Blogger.com allow you to register and start your own blog for free. All you need is an email and a topic to start blogging about.

2. Blogs provide a dialogue with prospects, customers, and friends. Blogs are now being used as a communication vehicle to share important information with customers. Because blogs can be updated in real time, businesses are finding weblogs to be one of the quickest and most accurate ways to distribute their message.

3. Blogs are here to stay. Blogging gives you the ability to publish your thoughts in real time, whenever and where they like. If you enjoy writing, want to share your ideas, or even learn more about a particular subject, contribute to a blog on a regular basis. Now that blogs have become popular, you can find a blog directory that can help you locate weblogs by category. Find one aligned to your interests and post your comments. They’ll remain on the web indefinitely.

4. Blogs can drive traffic to your website. Using a blog, associated with a particular topic, can drive additional traffic to your website. This is essential for anyone seeking new leads for their business or have an interest in generating online sales.

The benefit of using a blog to generate traffic is that weblogs attract a different type of user – one that is very focused on a particular subject. These users are more prone to take interest in what you have to offer and convert into paying customers.

5. Blogs give you the flexibility to post whenever, wherever. When authoring a blog, all you need is an Internet enabled PC to post an entry. This level of flexibility removes many of the barriers associated with traditional forms of communication. Some blogs even allow you to make a post via email. Simply construct an email and send it to the blog address. The result is an instant post to your blog.

6. Establish yourself as an expert. By keeping a blog up-to-date, and contributing in an area where you have experience, you can quickly build your reputation as an expert. Once you’ve establish yourself as having knowledge in a particular subject area, you can begin contributing to other web sources such as news articles and interviews.

7. Generate Ad Revenue. The beauty of a blog is that you can attract those interested in a very specific subject area. This is an ideal market for online pay-per-click advertising like Google Adsense. You can easily integrate Google Adsense into your blog – many blog hosts provide it as a built in option- and generate ad revenue. This is a great way to provide value to your readers while generating revenue for your business.

These are just some of the benefits of creating and contributing to blogs. You will find that weblogs are a great way to share information with others who share similar interests. It’s also a great opportunity for you to learn. Although I’ve been hosting my own marketing blog to provide expert advice on marketing, I have learned a great deal from others who comment on my posts. This is one of the most rewarding aspects of creating your very own blog. So what are you waiting for, start blogging!

Videoblogging is the next generation of posting ideas and products over the internet. Everybody knows about textblogging. Now they use videos for a better way of expression. This form of communication may entail a lot of resources, but it is all worth it. If pictures say a thousand words, videoblogging exceeds that by far.

A videoblog requires larger disk spaces on websites, a faster server, and a whole new set of programs to support it. Videoblogs can be fed through RSS. This is technology of syndicating your website to other RSS aggregators.

Videoblogging works with people on the internet expressing their selves. Now if you put this on a business prospective, you are up to a lot of benefits. Think of it as a powerful tool in making showing your prospective customers your line of products or your services. It’s just like showing a commercial all for free. And if you videoblog through RSS, then most probably you are getting your target market.

People like to see what they are going to buy. Some would like to see proof and be sure that they are getting their money’s worth before shelving their dimes on it. All of us know the influence of a thirty second commercial. The effect of videoblogging is similar to that. You show your product, people watch it. If they like it, they buy it. If you present it good enough, they’ll buy the product even if they don’t need it.

Now on the web, things are pretty much static, unlike in television in which all are moving. If you post something that is mobile, it would most likely catch attention. Now imaging your product parading in all it’s royalty through videoblog. You’ll get phone call orders in no time.

If your business is just starting up, you can create a videoblog right at your own home. All you need is your web camera, microphone, video software, and lights. For as long as you know how to use your camera, then you can create a videoblog.

Invest in a good web camera. The higher its resolution is the better the output. And you like to present your goods in the optimum way so get the best one possible. Make a short story, or just capture your goods in one go. Just make sure you are getting the best profile for each. Get those creativity juices flowing.

Lights are important in a production. Make sure you illuminate entirely the area you are going to use to create videoblog. The brighter the area, the crispier the images will be. You can also use lighting effects for added appeal to the presentation.

Should you require sounds for your videoblog, you need a microphone. Record you voice as a voice over for promoting the product and its benefit to consumers. Sounds are as important as videos on a videoblog. It is advisable to make your sound effects as enticing as the video.

Your video editing software can be any program. You need this to finalize your work. You can add sounds, delete some bad angles, or insert some still pictures in there too. Some programs are user-friendly and can be used even with zero knowledge on video editing. Even simple video editing programs should do the trick. Select your background carefully too. The light affects the presentation so make sure that the background and the light complements each other.

Videoblogging is a great tool but it also has it downside. It may slow down the computer so other may steer clear of it. Download time may also be time consuming especially if customer is still on a dial- up connection.

But don’t let those stop you. Let videoblogging be an alternative for you, though it is best to still keep the text and pictures present in your presentation to accommodate all possible viewers of your site.

Nowadays, the more creative you are in presenting your product to the market, they more you are likely to succeed. Videoblogging offers an interactive way of selling. You involve the customers. You instill in them the advantage of your goods. And at times, those are enough to make a sale.

Most of you know what a blog is. But have you ever had to ping a web site? Did you know that the two together, blog and ping have become the talk of the seo forums lately on how powerful these two techniques together can be at getting any web site no matter how small or large, indexed almost immediately by the major search engines and for free.

If you’re a webmaster then you know how frustrating it can be to be able to get your site listed and indexed in the major search engines in a reasonable amount of time. You spend countless hours creating your site, adding content, checking keyword density, etc… You then take the time to hand submit your site to all the major search engines like Yahoo, Google, AOL, MSN and then wait… and wait for the spiders to come index your web pages.

If you’re lucky they may come by this week, this month, or even this year. After spending all your time and money in the development of your site the last thing you want to do is wait forever for it to show you the fruits of your labor. You want to get it listed as fast as possible. Now there are some ways you can get the spiders to visit your site sooner. Like posting to similar high ranking forums, buying high PR rated links, or submitting articles on your subject and linking back to your site.

All of these techniques work and work well, along with some other methods not mentioned here. But they all still take time. Some may work faster then others, but how would you like it if you could learn how get your site spidered and indexed by all of the major search engines in only 48 hours without spending a dime?

By blogging and pinging you can do just that. You need to follow some simple steps in setting up this strategy. But once set up it can become a major tool to getting any of your sites listed quickly.

Setting these steps up isn’t hard you just need to do them in a proper sequence or all your work will be in vain. But with the proper research you could very well be on your way to getting your site indexed and listed in as little as a few days.

Lemmings are cute, but dumb. If you tell them to jump off a cliff, they will. Just like the people who start blogs because everyone is doing it. Guess what happens after a little while? The blogs die.

In managing a list of many Web sites, most of which are blogs, I deleted countless sites from the list because the sites and blogs no longer existed. The people ran out of steam or had no reason to start them in the first place.

How do you know when a blog is right for your business? Learn why people start blogs, how they find their niche and how blogging tools can be used for more than blogs.

Some people like to read blogs, others like to read newsletters, still others like to rely on feeds and some read a few or all of them. No matter the method the information is distributed, each medium has one thing in common: content. Having a blog connects your newsletter and your business with all of these readers and delivers important content in a particular style.

I’ve been blogging since June 2000. If you review my early blog entries in meryl’s notes, you’ll notice they’re more personal. When blogs first hit the scene in the late ’90s, they were personal diaries and journals. Like the blog business, my blog has transformed from personal to business speak, although I still add personal notes here and there.

A few bloggers tend to talk about their work, their products and their little world. That might work for celebrities where fans want to know everything about them, but it doesn’t work for the average business person. Other business people want information on how to succeed and when a blog spends time hawking products offering information of no value, few people will return. The people whose products sell well are the ones who provide valuable information. Readers already know what kind of information they’re getting, so they trust that when they buy something, it will be of the same or better quality. This value must be reflected in their blog. It’s much like people who only sign up for a newsletter after first seeing an example.

No one wants to be a lemming (I would hope). How do you decide whether or not to set up a blog? The answer isn’t black or white (what did you expect?). Ask these questions:

Can you regularly update it — at least five times a week?

Do you have something to say other than just linking to others?

Do you read other blogs or feeds?

Can you provide information of value to others not just to yourself?

How large is your newsletter subscriber list?

How many unique visitors do you get on an average day, week or month?

The big decider is whether or not you can write in the blog almost daily. The people behind the high traffic blogs post multiple times a day. Though resourceful, merely linking to other sites doesn’t give visitors much reason to make the effort to come to yours. Reading other blogs or feeds is a great way to learn how to carry a discussion. Find other blogs covering topics similar to yours and check them out. Disagree with their opinions? Write about it and explain your reasons. Cross-blog discussions are common, and that’s where trackback comes in handy.

Trackback is a blog feature. If you decide to comment on another blog posting in your blog instead of in that blog’s comments page, then you link to the conversation through the trackback link. Trackback is similar to the permalink, the permanent URL for the blog entry, but it has a different URL for copying and pasting in your blog’s trackback box.

Aside from the technical aspects of operating a blog on a daily basis, subscriber list size and Web site traffic are good indicators of what kind of reaction you’ll get when opening a blog. Starting from scratch with little traffic means you have a long road ahead and lots of work to do. There is no magic formula anyone can sell you for $97 to make your blog an overnight success. But with some perseverance and ingenuity, your blog can engage many prospects and clients.

Considering there are numerous blogs out there, pick a niche topic when starting a blog for a better shot at attracting and keeping an audience. meryl’s notes focuses on three areas: webby, geeky and wordy. In reality, this is too much. What I need to do for my readers is create three separate blog entry points, so those interested in writing, newsletters and Internet marketing get nothing but the wordy entries. Those interested in Web design get the webby stuff and the technophiles receive the geeky content.

I also manage a personal blog separate from meryl’s notes. It’s about cochlear implants and deafness. This could fall under the geeky category, but it’s a personal blog and doesn’t belong in meryl’s notes. This blog is written for a different audience.

The blogging tools for both of my blogs come with syndication capabilities so those using feed readers or aggregators can read the content through the software. When sending a new issue of a newsletter, comment on it or link to it in the blog, that way the blog and feed readers will get the goods, so all three bases are covered.

Blogging tools aren’t just for, well, blogging. Such tools are an excellent way to help you update your Web site more often than you otherwise would. I use it to manage the list of tableless Web sites. Using blogging tools is much easier than the way I managed it before, updating the HTML files by hand. Though using a blog tool, it isn’t a blog. In this case, the blog tool has become a content management system (CMS).

Small business owners don’t have a need for the fancy and pricey CMSes out there. They find it easier to use blogging software to manage their sites or hire someone to adapt the tool for their site.

Blogs have found a place in businesses and people are finding creative ways to use them. Some companies have a blog on the intranet for communicating project status, jeopardies and metrics. They’re used for knowledge management. With information pouring in, blog tools provide a way to share, organize and process the information.

Being a follower can be good or bad. No one wants to walk off a cliff with the lemmings, but everyone wants to succeed. Best practices won’t help, since the decision to blog is based on the organization’s mission, needs and goals along with its target market’s desires and needs. A blog about lemmings? There is one, sort of. Or maybe you’d like to start your own and talk about dumb business moves.
